Renovation
Renovate with a plan, not a guess.
We evaluate a property honestly, scope the work that actually adds value, and coordinate construction against a real budget — protecting the return on every dollar spent.
Renovation, evaluated before it's committed to.
Most renovation risk is decided before a single wall comes down — in how the property is evaluated, what scope is chosen, and whether the budget reflects reality. We start there.
DEDDE works through the property's condition, the renovation options available to it, and the realistic cost of each, so a decision to renovate is made with real numbers, not optimistic ones.
Once work begins, we coordinate construction against that plan — tracking scope, cost, and schedule so the project stays accountable to the budget it started with, not the one it drifts toward.
What We Help Evaluate
- Current property condition and what it will realistically cost to bring to a target standard
- Which renovation scope is likely to be worth its cost, and which is not
- A defensible budget and contingency before construction starts
- Sequencing and coordination of the trades and contractors required
- Whether a light update or a full renovation is the better fit for the property
- Cost discipline through the life of the project, including scope-change decisions
Working Process
- 01
Evaluate
We walk the property and assess its real condition and renovation potential.
- 02
Plan
Scope and budget are set in writing, with contingency built in from the start.
- 03
Execute
We coordinate the trades and contractors required, against that plan.
- 04
Deliver
Work is closed out and reviewed against the standard set at the outset.
Suitable Project Types
- Single-family residential renovation
- Multi-unit residential renovation
- Light commercial renovation, where supportable
Risk & Quality Control
We coordinate with appropriately licensed contractors and trades for all regulated work — DEDDE does not represent itself as a licensed architectural, engineering, or general-contracting authority in jurisdictions where that licensing has not been established. Budget and scope are tracked throughout the project, not only at the start, so cost overruns are visible early rather than discovered at closeout.
