DEDDE LLC works across three related disciplines — renovation, design & build, and development — because they share the same underlying discipline: evaluate honestly, plan realistically, and execute against that plan.
We approach every project with engineering-led judgment and commercial discipline: a property or site is only worth committing to when the numbers behind it hold up, and a project is only well-run when its budget and schedule are tracked from start to finish, not just estimated at the outset.
Where a project requires licensed architectural, engineering, or construction expertise, we coordinate with the appropriately licensed professionals and contractors required — we do not represent DEDDE as a substitute for that licensing.

A budget set at the start of a project is only useful if it's tracked through the end of it. We keep cost and scope visible for the life of a project, not only at kickoff.
